english oral

hey 4Endurance!!

This friday's (8JUNE2007) english oral with Ms Yeo is CANCELLED. Instead, it would be on Monday (11JUNE2007) at 3.30-5pm.

PLEASE inform the Ms Yeo (via SMS) if you can or cannot make it. EVERYONE MUST SMS HER (unless you've done oral with her already).

Another suggestion: If anyone of you are around on Monday (11JUNE2007) after 1.30pm, look for Ms Yeo in the staff room or call her to see if she's free. If she is, you all can have oral with Ms Yeo instead of after 3pm.

The other day that Ms Yeo can make is on Thursday (14JUNE2007) 2pm-4pm.

Friday (15JUNE2007) ---------> to be confirm.








I don't know why so many people are not interested in having Oral with Ms Yeo. It's practice. Oral is Paper 3 of the English Oral Exam Paper. AND if you're not interested in improving yourself, I have nothing to say. (:

hey 4 endurance!

i know i am like spamming this blog, and reading entries here are like; arghh more work to do.. and sandra keeps nagging and everything. haha but yeah sorry, too bad its good i mean, for us!

anyway, here are more stuff to take note of:
x best time to get Ms Yeo during the June Holidays is: weekdays- after 9 pm; weekends- between 1pm and 4 pm.
x this saturday (2JUNE2007)'s oral meet-up with Ms Yeo is CANCEL. instead, it would be on Monday (4JUNE2007). she will be available from 11am-12pm & 130pm-4pm in the library. The 11am-12pm slots are taken so most likely in the afternoon. (i've messaged the whole class regarding this. please tell me if you did not get my sms).
x i have emailed everyone Ms Yeo's Oral EL powerpoint slides.
x to all who are going to do the Oral EL over the phone, please use the pictures ms yeo have provided.
x Ms Yeo will be including a sample description (note, not discussion so it's the old format) for all of you to get an idea of what is required for pix description. The discussion part would require you to link the pix to a general topic, eg. if it's a pix of a library, then the pix discussion could be about reading and its importance and conversation could be hobby, significance of libraries, how often you visit the library and so on.
